200m Run Workout Guidance & Goal Choose a weight for your KBS you can do 10 reps unbroken. Break your set of 50's into 2/3 big sets. For your Push Press, choose a weight you can perform 10 reps unbroken. Again, break these up into big sets. For the 800m run (est 4 minutes) or 16 flights of stairs. 600m Run (est 3 minutes) or 12 Flights of stairs. 400m Run (est 2 minutes) or 8 Flights of stairs and 200m Run (est 1 min) or 4 Flights of stairs. Aim to finish sub 25 minutes.
