"Coco-Melon" AMRAP 20 21 Kettlebell Swings 15 Hang Squat Cleans 9 Hang High-pull Press 200m Run WOD Guidance & Goal Try and hit your 21 kbs unbroken if possible.. You get a nice break before you pick up the bell to swing them. Hang Squat Cleans, you can use a Kb or a db. As for the hhp-press, starting in an upright position standing tall, bell hanging in front of your body.. High pull it up to you sternum and quickly let go and set up your hands for a pressing position and press over head. Target 5 + rounds
