Rest 1 Minute WOD Guidance & Goal Complete 2 Rounds of all 3 AMRAPS. 50 Double Unders or 50 Penguin Jumps/Toe Taps/ Jumping Jacks or 75 Single Unders immediately into your seated dips and max sit ups in the remaining time. Your 2nd AMRAP same thing but this time max v-ups. Lastly your last round Max Shoulder tap (top of a plank position)
