WOD Goal & Guidance 800m run should be anywhere around 3:30-4:30.. If you don't have 800m marked off run 2:00 out and 2:00 back. If you're not gonna run you can sub 16 flights of stairs. 600m Run should take anywhere from 2:30-3:30. If you don't have it marked out run 1:50 out and 1:50 bck or 12 flights of stairs. 400m Run is approximately 2:00... 1:00 out and 1:00 back or 8 flights of stairs. 200m Run is approximately :40-:60 or 4 flights of stairs. As for your push-ups break them up into small sets in the beginning. Aim to finish in under 20 minutes.
