5 Rounds for Time:

25 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

20 Box Jumps/Step Ups

15 Renegade Rows

WOD Guidance & Goal

Use a weight you can do 7 SDHP unbroken. Try and break them into 2 big sets if you can't do them unbroken. IF you are using DB the weight will go all the way to your ankles. When you pull, pull up to your collar bone. For the Box Jumps make sure to fully extend your hips at the top. If you don't have anything to jump on (stoop, step) then do step ups. If you wan't to challenge yourself with your step ups keep your weights in your hand hanging at your hips or one heavy one at your chest. For the renegade rows, High Plank position on your dumbells and alternate your pull trying to not rotate your hips. Aim 15-17 minutes
