WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS

Start this workout at a pace you know you can maintain for 40 minutes. The run will take around :60, same with the burpee tuck jumps. You want at least 1 minute of rest before the next round begins. If after the first round or two you do not have 1 minute of rest, reduce the number of burpees.
