WOD Guidance & Goal Head out for your 400m run (approx 2min) As soon as you come back hit those 15 clean and jerks. Use a weight you can do at least 5 reps unbroken. If you only have 1 dumbbell alternate each arm. Aim to finish in under 15 minutes.
